About this property

The perfect location between Shoreditch and Dalston, and a 6 minute walk along the towpath to a mainline rail station! In this small modern block of high spec flats right next to the canal you will feel on top of the world!

The space
Best thing is the light in the flat as the big sitting room / dining / area has huge glass walls on two sides with two doors onto a large balcony.
It has a big comfortable sofa bed, internet tv, and a wonderful sounding electric Roland piano!

The kitchen area is all white and modern, with electric hob, cooker, toaster, microwave, kettle and all conveniences. There are plenty of cupboards and a large fridge/freezer.

There is a small laundry area off the hallway with washing machine and drying area. Next to this is the bathroom, a generous size, with full bathtub and shower, hand basin and toilet

The bedroom is really cosy, with extremely comfortable double bed, all linens are white and cotton, freshly laundered for your arrival.

The view from the balcony is really something accross London! and personally I love being able to watch the houseboats and the ducks on the canal, and walk along the towpath to all the exciting hotspots in Hackney, gives you a feeling of being in the countryside in the heart of London. Wonderful cafes and organic food shops nearby, Planet Organic is within easy reach.

You can walk along the towpath to a mainline train station which makes it very convenient for crossing London, Tube station is even nearer. Hope you enjoy !
