This beautiful, cosy, and central apartment is the perfect getaway location for groups or families looking to explore the city!

Just a stones throw from the famous St Georges Hall, and on the doorstep of Liverpool One, home to some of the best restaurants, pubs, and bars in the city! The central location means everywhere is almost within walking distance such the World Museum Liverpool, Cavern Club, Walker Art Gallery, Lime St Station, and many more!

The Space:

Open plan living/kitchen/dining room:
• Fitted with a sofa bed to sleep one guest comfortably
• Fitted with a Smart TV that has aerial channels
• Comes with private balcony space - great for a morning brew
• Equipped with a fully kitted kitchen with a microwave, kettle, oven/hob, toaster - everything you need for a comfortable stay.

Bedroom 1:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.

Bedroom 2:
• Fitted with a double-size bed sleeping up to 2 guests.

Bathroom:
• Fitted with a toilet, basin, bathtub and over bath shower

**Please note that a baby cot is available on request. Please send the request upon booking to ensure we can prepare one for your stay.**

Host & Stay are committed to our owners that their homes are protected during guest bookings. For this reason, we require all our guests to transfer a Damage Deposit (refundable, subject to an administration charge) or, to purchase an Accidental Damage Waiver which will cover you for up to £500.00 of accidental damage during your stay.

The apartment is in a residential building full of quiet and respectful neighbours. We therefore expect the same from our guests.

There is so much to do in this vibrant & multi-cultural city, you will really enjoy discovering what Liverpool has to offer. From an array of new bars and restaurants, Liverpool is an exciting hustle and bustle throughout the day and evening, catering to all ages and tastes. You have Queen Square on your doorstep with Liverpool One & the Met Quarter, just moments away.

Mathew street - one of Liverpool's main streets for some of the best bars such as the Cavern club where the Beatles played is only 6 minutes away. Castle Street is also only 7 minutes away where you can find some best views of the Townhall, the Royal liver building and bars & restaurants such as Rudy's pizza!

Getting Around:
Our apartment is less than 5-10 minute walk to the nearest train station, Moorfields / Liverpool Central / Liverpool Lime St and the main bus station at Liverpool One! Queen Square bus depot is also nearby.

Other Things to Note:
The keys will be available to collect from a local Keynest Shop - Liverpool - Muskers Newsagents that is about 3 minute walk. This is located at 48 Dale Street, Liverpool, L2 5ST. Use this time to familiarise yourself with the area and take in the vibrant City atmosphere Liverpool has to offer!

The store is open from 06:00 - 02:00 on Mondays - Thursdays, 6:00-00:00 on Fridays, and is open 24 hours every Saturday and Sunday. If you are planning to arrive past the closing time, please let us know and we can arrange an alternative key collection method.

We are available from 9am-9pm each day to help with any queries via phone call or message. We do have an emergency out of hours team that helps out during later hours though they are limited in what assistance they can provide. Hence, any issues communicated outside of these hours will need to be dealt with the next day unless it is an emergency situation.

The apartment is located within a residential building, as such this is not suitable for parties, events or celebrations and we have a strict policy against loud music or noise.

We are unable to host groups of guests under 25 at this property.

The check in time is 3pm & check out 10am - unless told otherwise please stick to these times. An unauthorised late check out will incur a charge.

We provide bedding for all beds needed and a bath towel per guest. Bathrooms will be equipped with x1 hand towel and x1 bath mat.

Luggage storage is available in the city centre at our main office, this is priced at £5 per bag for the whole day (up until 5 pm) & is located at:
8 Gradwell Street, Liverpool L1 4JH.

Smoking is strictly prohibited and will incur a deep cleaning charge upon check out.

Kindly note that we cannot accept parcels delivered to the apartment’s address and cannot be held responsible for any lost/damaged items. If you do require a parcel to be delivered during your stay, please contact us for our office address.

Lastly, please note, during exceptionally busy periods we may need to gain access to the property to complete maintenance works. This is to keep the property in good order for your stay. We always give 24 hours notice of this unless there is an emergency which needs addressing sooner.

Interaction with Guests:
We operate a very hands off approach, knowing that privacy is something that is vital when staying away from home. We will never intrude unannounced and will leave you to enjoy the comfort of the stunning apartment. However, that is not to say that we aren't around to help. We are both available by phone at all times should you need any assistance whatsoever.

Liverpool stay
Properties well, located close to buses, trains, etc. And it’s just a short walk from many of the museums and shopping centers. Liverpool has to offer. The property manager could not have been more helpful and was extremely communicative throughout my stay, which was extremely helpful as we were traveling from overseas. I would most definitely stay here again or at another property. This property management group has an offer with the larger group.
