This property is in a nice location near restaurants and bars. The property was clean and usable. The neighborhood is busy and was quite noisy late into the night and early morning (cars, music and people yelling).It would be nice if there were more storage space for clothing or for any toiletries in the bathroom. There was a functional kitchen and a nice living room. High ceilings help it feel more spacious.

Decent place to stay in Glasgow Central

Decent stay in Glasgow city centre. Walking distance to train stations and Buchanan street. 2 beds, 2 baths were great. Downside, more clothes storage needed in room with onsuite - maybe remove the small couch and put in a dresser? Location a bit loud with garbage trucks and business buildings surrounding the building. Overall a nice place, good location to transportation and central city

Great location

The location was perfect for exploring the city centre. Decor is lovely and main bedroom a good size with an en-suite showerroom. Second bedroom small and shower in main bathroom not great. Only 3 dining chairs for 4 guests, random cutlery - 2 knives, 5 forks. Toaster not working. Only one key provided for 2 couples. Chilly to begin with but did warm up and extra heaters appreciated. Felt overpriced for a short stay.

Hi Susan, Thanks for your review. We hope you enjoyed Glasgow. We are very proud of our apartments. In order to maintain our standards communication from guests is vital. We messaged you during your stay to make sure there were no issues. We received no response. We also messaged you after check out to make sure you enjoyed your stay and received no response. The day you checked in we discovered that a chair had been broken by the previous guest and we were unable to replace this before your arrival. If you had communicated to us that this was a major issue for you we would have brought one immediately, the same with the cutlery. Unfortunately there are some issues that we are only made aware of if a guest contacts us. Had you brought the broken toaster to our attention we would have replaced it immediately. With regards to your comment about the apartment being overpriced. You would not find a comparable standard of accommodation for a similar or lower price in Glasgow City Centre over the festive period. All the best, Thiago
