Good location but the top of a hill. Carpet in the rooms were stained and gross. Bathroom needs an update. Wind blows through window panes, and it’s freezing outside. Hardly any storage. The apartment smelled musty. Entry way is dirty and dingy too. Overall we felt gross. We paid a lot of money for the equivalent of a 2 star hotel. The pictures don’t match up.

Thank you for the review, however we are really shocked by it - among 3 other platforms and 40+ reviews we have an average of 4.88/5.
We did not hear from you during your stay even once, despite prior to your stay there being open communication. We would have happily relocated you or indeed address as many issues you had as possible.
Our hallways are very well lit and are practically brand new - We have however had them shampooed since your stay(this happens monthly) In terms of the carpets, we apologise - they have also been replaced/steam cleaned and are back to new also.
We hold ourselves to a very high standard and pride ourselves on our apartments being better than the pictures so we apologise if we fell short on this rare occasion.
