This delightful 64 m2 property offers a comfortable and inviting space for your stay in this vibrant city.

As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a furnished and bright living space, thanks to the windows that fill the property with abundant natural light and warmth. It also includes a comfortable convertible sofa bed, where guests can relax after a long day exploring the city and a TV to watch all their favourite shows.

The kitchen provides a welcoming environment for socializing and enjoying meals together. It includes top-of-the-range appliances, essential cookware, and cutleries to fulfil culinary requirements and make delicious meals.

The bedrooms are elegantly decorated, including a double bed and two single ones, all fitted with complimentary hotel-quality linens to ensure a good night's rest and multiple storage spaces.

The two bathrooms have all the amenities you need to freshen up, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries.

The house is always professionally cleaned for your comfort.

Due to conservation efforts, please be mindful of energy use. The property is infant-friendly; however, guardians should bring necessary infant gear.

Guests have full access to the home, including WiFi, smart TV, and a dedicated workspace. The kitchen is stocked with essentials for home cooking.

I live close by and am happy to help whenever I'm around, but when I'm not, there is a 24/7 on-call concierge service that can assist you any time of the day.

Nestled at the entrance to the Peak District, surrounded by historic silk mills, the lodge offers a quaint market town experience with local culinary delights.

The unspoilt town centre offers a refreshing alternative to modern shopping malls. It has a wealth of independent shops, including former silk mills housing antique and reproduction pine centres and traditional and contemporary furnishings.

Delicious local produce is abundant at traditional butchers, bakers, greengrocers, delicatessens and cafes. Leek is also home to speciality producers of condiments, confectionery, preserves, wine, whisky, craft beers and the traditional Staffordshire oatcake.

Complimentary parking is available. Leek is walkable. There are fast trains to Stoke on Trent (8 miles) with an easy bus transfer if not travelling by road. The property serves as a perfect base for exploring the wider Peak District.

The nearest bus station, Leek ST13 5JW, is just a 5-minute walk.

Manchester Airport is a 49-minute drive from the property.

This property is a self-check-in property, and you will be requested to verify your identity before checking into the property. You can check in any time of the day as long as you respect our standard check-in time (3 p.m.).

Also, we charge £50 for each set of lost keys (security keys may cost more). There may be an additional cost to replace the locks for security purposes. So, please keep your keys safe.

There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.), we fully reserve the right to charge a minimum of £300 for the smoking fee.

We do not allow parties, large gatherings, loud noises, or outside guests. Should we receive sufficient evidence of such activity, we reserve the right to cancel your stay (without a refund) and may involve a security team to evict you. Any associated cost will be charged to you via your security deposit. Local authorities may also be present (if required).
