The 90 sm house is independent and consist ofa double bedroom with bathroom, an equipped kitchen, a large living room with sofa bed and a dining area. The building has a 12 hour x 7 day concierge service, always useful for informations, luggages and security.
The San Ferdinando neighborhood in Santa Lucia, where the house is located, has a particular charm and is frequented by residents and tourists in the pedestrian area that connects hotels, bars, restaurants and nautical clubs; It extends in the center of the Gulf of Naples from the Port to Piazza del Plebiscito to the Lungomare up to the Borgo Marinaro and the Castel dell'Ovo.
