Situated at the mouth of the River Parrett and Bridgewater Bay, the popular seaside resort of Burnham-on-Sea is just 4 miles away. With views across to distant Wales, and 7 miles of sandy beaches and dunes, the town also boasts Britain's shortest pier and some of the most distinctive lighthouses around, as well as the marble carvings of Sir Christopher Wren in its parish church. The Cheddar Gorge, Wookey Hole, Weston-super-Mare, ancient Glastonbury and the cathedral city of Wells are all within easy driving distance. A fantastic location for a varied holiday at any time of the year.
