This lovely, modern 3 bedroom townhouse was fully refurbished at the end of 2023 to create a modern, peaceful, clean and light space for the insightful traveler. Located in a tranquil development of just twelve townhouses around a sparkling, central pool and only minutes from the golden sands of Reduit beach.
The open plan ground floor benefits from a brand new kitchen with all modern appliances and furnishings in relaxing tones of soft blues and taupe. Two sets of double french doors lead out to the quiet patio area where humming birds flit among the lush, tropical foliage. There are several top rated restaurants within a short walk of the property including Jacques waterfront dining next door, Buzz and Spinnakers on the beach.
Upstairs are three comfortable bedrooms with 2 fully modernized bathrooms. There are black out curtains in the two main bedrooms to ensure a good night's sleep. Bedroom 2 can be set up with a king bed or with 2 separate twin beds to suit the differing needs of our guests. There is air conditioning throughout the property.
Wilbertha, the property manager, has several years of experience in taking care of guests and will ensure your vacation runs smoothly.
BONUS - For large groups, you can now book the townhouse right next door (11 Rodney Quay - ID number 8372510). You can sleep 10/11 guests in the two neighbouring units.

There was plenty of room for the 4 of us! The accommodations were amazing and Wilbertha was an amazing manager. I recommend this place if you decide to stay in St. Lucia. It is close to restaurants and Rodney Bay. If we return to St. Lucia, I will definately check this place first for a place to stay!

The property was exactly as advertised. Wilbertha was welcoming and amazing to deal with. The beautiful crystal clear Reduit beach was less than a 5 minute walk. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay there.

We had an unbelievable stay at this property. It was in a fantastic location, close to the beach and all amenities. The property itself is well appointed, spotlessly clean, modern and stylish. It felt extremely luxurious, spacious and comfortable. The host and the property manager were extremely helpful and accommodating. Thank you for a wonderful stay, we will be back!
Beautiful, modern, well appointed unit with pool on site and beach access within easy walk. Restaurants, bars, grocery store and shops within easy walk. Property manger is awesome- very helpful and easy to contact. We had a wonderful time. Highly recommend!!

The host is off island, so the property manager, Wilbertha Jannette King, was the person who welcomed us warmly and showed us.around the property. She is efficient, friendly, accommodating, and an excellent problem solver. She was quick to respond whenever we needed her. A joy to work with. The property is superbly located - 7 minute walk to stores, restaurants, and to the beach so we did not need to rent a car. The beach is beautiful and mostly not crowded. The unit’s patio was a good size (we were 5 adults and a baby), and very private - we seldom heard or saw any neighbours. We spent a lot of time on the comfortable outdoor furniture. The pool, literally steps away, was clean and generally we had it to ourselves. The inside furnishings were comfortable. The kitchen is a good size, had nice granite countertops, and everything worked.The 2 large bedrooms were great but the 3rd bedroom is quite small as noted in the description of the listing. We stayed for wonderful 13 nights.

What a fun vacation we had in St. Lucia. Sam, the property manager, was very communicative and worked with us for checking in and out. She was even a bit flexible on check out time just due to our flight time. In addition, Sam and Amanda (the property owner) took the time to send us places to go and eat and things to do!
Walkable to the beach, some fun hiking, and the town, which has plenty of little restaurants, coffee shops, stores and a big grocery store.
Finally, Sam connected us with Ernest who is a life long St. Lucian who not only drove us to and from the airport, but also provided a full day tour of the island including hiking Gros Piton and enjoying a waterfall and more on the way home.
The condo itself is very new and clean. 3 bedrooms and laundry on the first floor with a full kitchen, wifi, and other amenities. The pool is a few steps off of the back patio. They provided bath towels as well as beach towels and other basics. Very well done and we would stay again and recommend to anyone!

Why they chose this property
The stunning townhouse is just 300 metres from the lovely Reduit beach. It's walking distance to plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, coffee shops and shopping malls. It's in the ideal location for a stay in central Rodney Bay. Pigeon Island National Park and the renowned marina are a short taxi ride away as is Gros Islet Friday night Street Party. We offer our guests private and exclusive boat trips on board our own 20 foot speedboat, Remedy. This allows guests to explore the scenic west coast from the water and visit the attractions in the south such as the mineral mud baths, waterfall and the volcano. Guests can be picked up from the dock at the property.
What makes this property unique
3 bedroom townhouses this close to the beach are quite rare. This one was fully upgraded at the end of 2023 so the kitchen and bathrooms are contemporary and aesthetically pleasing. It was renovated for the purposes of a second home not just for short term lets so no corners were cut in the workmanship. It also has AC in the living area (plus a ceiling fan) not just the bedrooms as is common in other properties. It is owned and managed by a dedicated team with several years experience in providing guests with a wonderful vacation experience. We hope all of our guests enjoy the space!
