Olive Garden Paradise Villa with Swimming Pool-NEW!

Olive Garden Paradise is a newly built, luxurious 4star Villa with swimming pool,located in a magnificent greenenvironment onthe outskirts of thetown of Rovinj (in the area of Valalta Camp). The house is composed of three bedrooms each with a double bed, a TV and its own bathroom. There is also a vast living room with a seating area in front of a big TVscreen with a cute dining area which connects to avery well equipped kitchen that includes everything you might need for your vacation (stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle, coffee maker...). There is also an additional toilet and a laundry room.
Going out tothe terrace, there is an outdoor dining area and an outdoor kitchen you can use, as well as a barbecue grill. The terrace is also furnished with sun loungers and sun umbrellas to best enjoy in the amazing hot tub or in the fresh water of the swimming pool. The house is surrounded by a big olive garden (5000sqm)which makes it a perfect location for families with kids. The area is very calm and quiet so you can enjoy in the peace, the sun andthe nature and simply relax! Everything you may needcan easily be reached by car, but cycling, running and walking routes are all available close by, leading you to the gorgeous Rovinj beachline orto the town center.
Private parking spaces areavailable in front of the house. There are also bicycles at your disposal, or if you bring your own you can keep them safe in thestorage unit in the basement of the house!
Included in the price are also 2 visits of the town! Aboat touraround Rovinj'sarchipelago giving you the opportunity to experience the town from a different point of view while sailing the amazing clear blue waters of the Adriatic sea, and a guided walking tour of the old historical town of Rovinj giving you insights on how the locals live and what the best places in town are! (The tours haveto be confirmed and arranged upon arrival)

Absolutely incredible property. After a couple of weeks of island hopping and Croatian old towns, this was exactly what our family needed for our 4 night stay. The grounds, facilities, security, technology and amenities were all a step above what was initially expected. A quick drive to Rovinj old town, it was a flawless visit.

Perfect Getaway

The house was fantastic. The remote location is perfect for a relaxing stay. You can cool down the large swimming pool or just enjoy the huge garden with olive trees. The patio has a nice shaded area and many parasols. Each room has an AC unit so even in August you have a cool place. The kitchen has everything you need and more even a small bar with local spirits. The best part were the landlords. They were incredibly forthcoming and helpful. We even got a boat tour and a city tour.

Absolutely amazing!

"Olive Garden Paradise" is a villa where everyone can only wish to stay. It is beautiful and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The modern, richly equipped kitchen provides possibilities rarely found elsewhere. The peaceful surroundings, away from any noise and with birds waking us up in the morning, are truly delightful. The green grass around the pool and olive trees create a relaxing atmosphere for any kind of stay. The pinnacle of hospitality from the owners, Deana and Stanko, was providing us with a free boat ride, with which we toured the Rovinj archipelago and saw Rovinj from the sea-side. They also arranged for us to have a local guide, Tadija, who led us through the alleys of the old town. The villa is highly recommended, and we will definitely come back again!

Everything exceeded our expectations! The hosts were delightful and readily available for any assistance we required. The house is exceptionally modern and new, evident from its lovingly curated decor. It boasts spaciousness and abundant natural light throughout the day, complemented by individually air conditioning units in each room. The kitchen is exceptionally well-equipped, including on-site laundry facilities. The vast olive garden enveloping the property is simply magnificent! We savoured our time on the terrace beside the pool, enjoying the comfortable sun loungers. The hot Jacuzzi was a delightful addition, perfect for unwinding in the evening with a nice glass of wine. We had a wonderful stay in Rovinj, and we would eagerly return again in a heart beat.

High-end vacation!

Wunderschöner Aufenthalt in der Villa. Haus lässt keine Wünsche offen und bietet alles, was man sich für einen perfekten Urlaub wünscht. Man fühlt sich vom ersten Moment an rundum wohl und willkommen. Gastgeber Deana/Stanko sind beide sehr hilfsbereit, freundlich, aufmerksam und herzlich. Sie haben unseren Aufenthalt zu etwas ganz Besonderem gemacht. Haus liegt nur ein paar Autominuten von Rovinj entfernt. Die mit der Buchung inbegriffene private Bootstour und Stadtbesichtigung mit den Eigentümern waren einfach nur toll und es war ein wunderschönes Erlebnis. Die nahen gelegenen Strände sind in wenigen Minuten mit Auto oder den verfügbaren Velos gut zu erreichen. Die Kombination aus der einzigartig ruhigen Lage mit totaler Privatsphäre des Hauses mit den wunderschönen Olivenbäumen, geschmackvoller Einrichtung und den herzlichen Gastgebern macht diese Unterkunft zu etwas ganz Besonderem. Eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche, in der es an nichts gefehlt hat.

Wie im Namen bereits enthalten, liegt das Haus in einem von Olivenbäumen gesäumten Garten in einem ruhigen Umfeld. Das Haus hat eine sehr gute Ausstattung. Alle Küchengeräte und umfangreiches Geschirr sind vorhanden. Der Garten und der beheizte Pool sind wunderbar für ein schönes Urlaubsfeeling. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich auch die wunderbare Gastfreundlichkeit der Inhaber, die uns durch ihre Willkommensgesten und ihre Informationen zum Haus und zu Aktivitäten begeistert haben.

Die Besitzer waren äußerst nett und zuvorkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Rovinj war mit dem Fahrrad problemlos erreichbar. Ruhige, angenehme Lage.

Ein absolutes Highlight mitten in der Natur, nah zum Meer und dem wunderschönen Rovinj

Ein Traum für alle, die es ruhig und authentisch lieben und doch Komfort und eine aussergewöhnliche Ausstattung im Haus nicht missen möchten. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt in dieser neu renovierten Villa, die keine Wünsche offen lässt gemütlich und geschmackvoll eingerichtet ist. Wir hatten sogar Glück mit dem Wetter, so dass wir im grossen Olivengarten relaxen konnten. Die Gastgeber haben sich rührend um uns gekümmert und uns viele Tipps für Rovinj gegeben. Es ist unglaublich, so ruhig und abgelegen in der Natur zu sein und doch so nah zu diesem zauberhaften historischen Ort. Das Meer ist nicht weit, baden konnten wir leider nicht aber was gibt es Schöneres, als allein am Strand zu sitzen und den Sonnenuntergang zu geniessen. Kostbare Momente, und wir waren froh, nicht in der Hochsaison zu reisen...
