VILLA DIVA - TRAPANI AREA
This charming house is situated close to Trapani a popular town with over 75,000 population. It hosts great beaches, clear crystal waters and the beautiful ancient Baroque style centre lined with cafes and restaurants. Take a trip to the ancient Erice by cable car at 3300 feet, a medieval town on the top of a hill.

The house is surrounded by a scented garden with flowers and shrubs and it develops on 2 levels.

GROUND LEVEL
Upon entrance the living room with dining area and open kitchen equipped with microwave, oven, washing machine. Hallway leading to the bedrooms. Two double bedrooms and bathroom with shower.

FIRST FLOOR
The first floor is reached via a wooden spiral staircase and has two bedrooms, one twin/double and one single + extra bed (suitable for a child), bathroom with shower.

OUTSIDE
Large covered terrace with outdoor dining table and chairs leading to the garden and Swimming pool ( 4.5m x 9.8m) with large terrace and sunbeds, perfect for enjoying the Sicilian sunshine!! BBQ area, parking.
