The house spreads over two levels, as soon as you enter you will find the living room, made elegant thanks to the choice of the furniture and the types of materials used in the manufacture. The conversation area is placed in a corner where there is a fireplace, the Kitchen is well-finished, cheerful, functional and equipped with all necessary appliances. A small hallway leads to the sleeping area on the ground floor. There are two double bedrooms and a bathroom with shower.

Through a wooden winding stair-case you will reach the first floor that has two bedrooms, one double and one single and a bathroom with shower.

The villa is sunny and quiet and it features outside a beautiful garden with two patios and a large sun terrace near the swimming pool.

Rental Rules:
The rates are for 7 people, it is possible to accommodate 1 more guest with a supplement of € 40 day.
A 30% deposit is required upon confirmation, while the final balance is due no later than 60 days prior to arrival date.
Minimum stay: 5 nights, changeover day: flexible.
The price includes consumption of gas, water, towels, bed linen, final cleaning and electricity.
High chair and cot are available under prior request.
