Ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends, the villa lies in a quiet location on the hills of Valdisieve (260m above sea level) close to Dicomano (1.2 km), where you can find shops and restaurants, and 38 km from the art city of Florence with all its treasures and attractions.

Villa Florenza (305 sqm) consists of two adjacent farmhouses that both develop over two levels. A receptionist lives in an annex onsite and can assist guests as needed.

FARMHOUSE 1 (210 sqm; sleeps 8)
On the first floor, you will find an entrance leading to a living room (with fireplace, armchairs, satellite TV), dining room (with dining table), a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, stove top), a sitting/reading room (with sofa and armchairs) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

On the second floor, you will find two double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet – one with no window), two twin bedrooms (each with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

FARMHOUSE 2 (95 sqm; sleeps 4)
On the ground floor, you will find a living room (with fireplace, sofa, satellite TV), dining room (with dining table), and a well-equipped kitchen (with fridge, oven, microwave, stove top), as well as a covered loggia (22 sqm).

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and one bathroom (with shower, basin, bidet, toilet).

Outside, you will find a beautiful garden (2,000 sqm) with outdoor dining areas (with tables and chairs) and a private swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 1.5m; open 1 May – 30 September) with sun terrace), as well as a covered loggia, barbecue, and private parking.
