Perfect Location!

The location is ideal. You are near the water, which means you have a cool breeze on the balcony—a welcome break from the heat of exploring the Acropolis. The balcony is a full wrap-around, so you can have sun or shade anytime. I attended a conference at the Stavros Niarchos Cultural Centre, which was an easy five-minute walk. The Earth Residence has a tram station just across the street, making it 15 minutes to the beach in one direction and 15 minutes to a ferry to an island in the other direction. There is a café on the main floor, which acts as your hub; all the staff are friendly and eager to help, including offering fresh water with mint leaves when you arrive. I highly recommend this location!

Good location for business or conference

The apartment was fine. The check in was stressful. I realize it was a Sunday, but I couldn't reach the "host" listed on the VRBO site to find out where I was supposed to meet someone. When I arrived at the location, I asked at the restaurant and no one knew about how to access the apartments. I got a what's app from someone at 3:01 (check in was at 3) who said speak to the bartender. I had been traveling for 20 hours and was so uncertain that I would be able to get into the property that I booked a backup hotel room. S
