It is completely remodeled in contemporary style with original wood floors, new appliances and large flat screen SMART TV. The bright & cheerful colors throughout the house will lift your mood. Dine outside surrounded by modern landscaping. The covered front porch has table and chairs, or enjoy the private backyard with a picnic table, BBQ grill, wood stove and comfortable furniture in the carriage house pergola. 2 Dogs max. allowed for a PER pet cleaning fee of $60 each and back area is completely fenced in.

I hope you enjoy my home. Prescott is a beautiful place to vacation. There is always something happening in the downtown area. I suggest you view the Prescott city's calendar for activities through out the year. The Abba house is only a 9 minute walk to downtown..0.5 miles to be exact!
