Beautiful apartment just a few metres from San Lorenzo Beach. Two bedrooms and independent kitchen. Property with high ceilings located in a beautiful building. Ideal for enjoying with the family. Spacious master bedroom and living room with sofa bed.
Distributed in two bedrooms, one of them with a double bed and the other with a single bed, full bathroom and living room with sofa bed and independent kitchen. Very central area ideal for enjoying Gijón and its beach.
Please note that parties and bachelor/bachelorette parties are not allowed in the apartment. If any type of disturbance to neighbours occurs or apartment rules are breached, a fine of 300 euros will be applied. We want to ensure that all guests enjoy a peaceful and pleasant stay in our accommodation. Thank you very much for your understanding and cooperation.
The maximum check-in time is 23:00 h. Later entries are not guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access to the accommodation after that time. Thank you for your understanding.
