Superior Apartment (1st Floor)
Moving further on to the first floor, there is a spacious external jacuzzi with a shimmering view of the sea. This floor features a spacious living room, a modern kitchen with a dining table and three bedrooms. The first is a magnificent master bedroom with a queen bed and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. The second bedroom has two single beds and the third bedroom has a queen bed. Both bedrooms share a lovely sea-view balcony and a bathroom with a shower. The floor also features a spacious balcony with a patio dining table, two sunbeds and an outdoor, non-heated jacuzzi* with a shimmering view of the sea.
**The house is located on a pedestrian street, to which cars are not allowed to enter. It is approximately 300 metres from the point cars are obligated to stop. There are also a few steps about 50 metres away from the entrance of the property up to the upper floors .
***The house is allotted solely for stays. Parties, gatherings, events of any kind, professional photoshoots and unregisterred guests are strictly forbidden.
