The house is located in a quiet cottage area just a stone's throw from Funen's most beautiful beach stretching as far as the eye reaches and invites you for a fresh dip or a trip into the beautiful scenery or maybe just a walk in the ice cream parlor.

Finally, do not miss the beautiful sunsets on the beach with the grill and what the kids love it.

Take the bikes and head for the nearby town of Otterup and experience the holiday atmosphere of this cozy village environment with a rich selection of shops to satisfy your stay as well as the weekly market day.

For children and adult water dogs, the TROPICAL WATERLAND is definitely worth a visit, it is built in beautiful Viking theme with several rollercoaster inside and out.

The area also offers ample opportunity for fishing, a trip along the peninsula, one-legged, to the gap where the flow and the deep water provide ideal conditions for sea trout, or just by the beach, backed by a sandworm on the hook after a plaice for the dinner table.

Nearby there is also a football pitch with real goals which certainly offers a football match with other holidaymakers in the summer months.

The kitchen / living room section of the house provides a natural gathering point for the enjoyment of cooking or just pure relaxation. For days most of the indoor activities, the family can gather around the wood-burning stove and enjoy some board games or singles or one of the other family games for the playstation.

The great grounds are surrounded by a beautiful beech hill, while maintaining privacy, and in the garden there is ample opportunity for various activities such as croquet, football, swing, sandbox and trampoline jumping. The warm summer evenings can be spent on the large terrace and while the children play in the garden you can enjoy the evening sun go down the horizon. -More bigger reason. Space for adults and children to romp.

-Good parking. Double private parking space, no bumps and scratches from passing cars and bikes.

- Peace and quiet at the cottage. Better opportunity for privacy without unauthorized persons. Always many passers-by on the beach dams in front of the houses and noise and dust from cars and, not least, seagulls who scream.

-Floring children and animals can be safe. We live in the bottom of a closed loop.

-Lead for the wind. Tit does it actually feel quite cold down the beach. All of our grounds are surrounded by a close beech hill that gives great light to the wind.

-Sun on the terrace all day. As the house is 150m from the water, we have chosen to turn the terrace to the south and not to the north as the houses all the way down to the water.

Just forget to lock the bike or the car! At the beach houses one has to think about what is left out because of course there are many people passing by, by the way, the breakthrough statistics are far less on the slightly cheaper ones.

- More expensive in rent. Last but not least, it is a little cheaper to rent a house not directly to the water.
