At the newly opened Suite del Mar you can relax and disconnect in a quiet and elegant apartment on the virgin Agua Blanca beach, right between Mazunte and Puerto Escondido - both 20 minutes away. It is a paradise facing the sea, surrounded by palm trees and mangroves, and with magical views. The house is built with natural stone, palm roof and with a spectacular design. If you rent the Sunset Suite, second floor, you have access to a top roof jacuzzi

Accommodation:
The Suite has a king-size bed, its private bathroom, a living room with a sofa bed (for kids), dining room and a small kitchen, and you have direct access to the beach. Utopia has received awards, and we are a superhost with Airbnb.
We offer you all the services you need. For extra cleaning, laundry, towels and breakfast/meal services, you can contact us.
