City Cottage is a luxury 5-star villa consisting of two floors: The ground floor (Garden Cellar) & the first floor (Greenhouse). It is an ideal choice for those who want to live in a traditional picturesque house with all the luxurious comforts of the 21st century. Guests can enjoy the Mediterranean garden with the private swimming pool, which offers therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy for extra wellness and relaxation, as well as the hammam (steam bath) on the ground floor.
The ground floor of the villa (Garden Cellar) is inspired by the coziness of the original space, with its low ceiling and original cellar use. It has three bedrooms, one master bedroom with a king-size bed, private bathroom and hammam, one bedroom with a large king-size bed, one bedroom with two semi-double beds and an additional bathroom with a spacious shower.

The kitchen, the dining room and the living room of the villa are an open space. The living room features a large sofa bed and a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access. The kitchen has a large dining room for 8 people and is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.

The ground floor has direct access to the private Mediterranean garden with the heated swimming pool with a maximum depth of 1.30 m, length 4.5m & width 3.5m, which has a constant temperature all year round at 28 oC regardless of the weather conditions prevailing in environment.

The specially designed pool offers therapeutic massage and hydrotherapy with heated water for extra wellness and relaxation. The garden of the villa is equipped with a large table with comfortable chairs and an outdoor shower, while it is surrounded by two lemons, two oranges, a mandarin, a pomegranate, all the aromatic plants of Taygetos, as well as two corners of cacti of the Messinian land.

The first floor of the villa (Greenhouse) with character revolving around plants, green, and nature, inspired by the orange trees and lemon trees of the area and the garden of the house. It is connected to the ground floor with an internal staircase and has a specially soundproofed door to provide privacy and comfort to residents. It has two bedrooms with a large king-size bed each one and one bathroom with a spacious shower.

The aesthetically pleasing living room features a large corner sofa bed and a smart flat-screen TV with Netflix access. The kitchen has a dining area for 6 people and is fully equipped with modern top appliances, dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and coffee maker.

The first floor has a terrace, with table and chairs for relaxing moments. All bedrooms have modern desks with chairs and free Wi-Fi internet access at very high speeds of up to 100mbps.

It is located in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods of Kalamata, in a walking distance from the centre, and the local beach. This neighborhood was once an endless orange and lemon grove, the City Cottage along with its neighboring houses has preserved the old homes and gardens to give a unique view of traditional hospitality in Kalamata and the south of Greece.
Heating, cooling and domestic hot water are provided 100% from renewable energy sources. All beds in the villa have very comfortable American Simmons & Sealy mattresses for a unique sleeping experience.
