Wonderful stay in Florence

This apartment was just fine for us. Although there is parking on the street it was very hard to find a space. The piano was a highlight for us. We would probably stay closer to the center of town next time.

The property was nice but there were a few issues. We couldn't figure out how to use oven and the washing machine. Some information was outdated or incorrect. It wasn't very clear where the apartment was located and where the restaurants were.It was a very homey, comfortable place to stay. A good place for a family to stay.. The staff was very responsive and helped us out. I would highly recommend people to stay at this property.

Lovely home!

Thank you so much for sharing this lovely home with us. We enjoyed our stay and the location in a quiet neighborhood with plenty of restaurants, gelato and grocery stores. The apartment is well kept and feels like a home. The host was very helpful with recommendations during our stay.

Lovely, character filled apartment

It was very large. Would very comfortably sleep 8. 20 min walk to most sites. Quiet neighbourhood. We ate two meals at home and were very comfortable doing so. Very large dining area. Beautiful Italian charm throughout.

The apartment felt very spacious even with 7 people staying. We received a very warm welcome from our host. He spent time with us and gave us tips about Florence and great places to eat and visit. The apartment was very quirky and really suited our needs. Great lication for buses, cafes and parking

Magical Florence!

Surprisingly large apartment with loads of room to spread out and very comfortable! The high ceilings gave a sense of openness that continued out the very large wide opening windows in all rooms and two balconies. More to enjoy the countless sparrows in the morning Florence sky! A wonderful Retreat after long days of exploring your magical city! This property has inspired me to consider relocating to Florence. Quiet and convenient Location

If you like a location in an authenticate, non touristy location, this unit is for you. Itā€™s a few blocks (20 min walk) from the central area, but very close to the regional train station and offers a very large, comfortable unit. Kitchen appliances and dishes were plentiful (no microwave) if you like to eat in. Beds were comfortableā€¦couch, not so much. Communication and customer service were exceptional. Definitely recommend this unit, and most certainly this management company.

Wonderful stay at the Golden Renaissance.

I recently stayed at the Golden Renaissance apartment in Florence. The apartment was as expected, clean, and spacious. There was plenty of room for the six adults in our party to relax and enjoy each other's company. Marco, the property manager, was the difference maker. He met us at the time of check-in and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. He even provided us with a list of restaurants and attractions that were within walking distance. Marco's professionalism and attention to detail made our stay at the Golden Renaissance a five-star experience. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a quiet and elegant apartment in Florence.

Fantastic in Florence

This apartment was amazing. 7 of us 18-60 were able to spread out comfortably for a 5 night stay. The decor was very authentic for Florence and made us smile constantly. The beds were comfy and the rooms were spacious. The apartment is a 15 minute walk to the Pisa Del Duomo which is near the Academia Museum where ā€œDavidā€ is located. Plenty of restaurants and shops in this area. The main train station is a 15 minute car ride from the apartment. We used it to come from Rome , travel to Venice and back and to head to the Amalfi coast for the remainder of our vacation. Erica the host was so helpful and attentive. Donā€™t pass up this spectacular apartment !

WONDERFUL EXPERIENCE!

What a wonderful stay! We were 4 women vacationing, and it was lovely for each of us to have our own space/bedroom. The kitchen had everything we needed for preparing some of our meals, and the entire apartment space worked well. We felt like we were living in a true traditional Italian home! I would suggest updating the ad to delete microwave, oven, dryer....although we did not require any of these appliances, others may. The hosts were quick to respond upon booking, and all information for checking in was communicated clearly and in short order. We were met in person upon arrival, and it was easy communication at anytime during our stay. A truly great stay in a beautiful and spacious home; thank you!

Perfect in every way!

Our group of 7 had a fantastic time in Florence and having this apartment to come home to every evening made our experience even better! Marco and Letizia were great hosts with lots of good tourist tips and they made us feel very welcome. The quiet apartment was immaculate and had comfy beds, very large bathrooms, and a fully appointed kitchen. Not that we spent a lot of time in the kitchen, but we were able to whip up breakfasts and aperitivos easily. There were plenty of wine and limoncello glasses and abundant coffee cups to get us going the next morning. We had 6 women in the group and the bathrooms had ample room to accommodate the beauty pageant-level of prep we required every morning. The large bedrooms all had plenty of closet space so you can unpack and feel fully at home. We had already been traveling for a week so having a washing machine in which to do a light load of laundry was also very welcomed. The neighborhood felt very safe and very walkable! Itā€™s just a few blocks from the Campo di Marte train station, which was a 5 minute ride from the SMN main station. Security checks the building every night and the few neighbors we encountered were very friendly. Mille grazie e buona fortuna to Marco e Letizia. I hope we can return one day! 5 days wasnā€™t long enough!
