We loved this place. It is exactly as described. Very clean, property managers were quick to respond when we had questions. We were there for over 2 weeks and they offered a cleaning while we were there, which was very nice.We really like the location and neighborhood. Close to the Limehouse station, which made it very easy to get around the city. Lots of grocery stores, and quick food options.I highly recommend this place if you are planning a trip to London. I would definitely stay here again!!Thank you!!

This was a nice apartment and perfect for our group of 3 adults. The location is very secure so we felt very safe. Limehouse Station was right around corner as was a little grocery store. The apartment was as promised in the ad.

Everything went well, kind host and communication. Good food and public transport infrastructure nearby. Mind that the flat is in the 5th floor. Breathtaking view to the City of London and Canary Wharf. Good physical exercise without lift in operation (as in our case). However, very recommended stay of several days, anytime again.

We've just recently been made aware of the lift out of service - an essential element for a comfortable stay on the 5th floor! We will be looking into when this issue will be rectified by building maintenance so that we can let future guests know.

Flat was well appointed.....comfortable, clean, neat and visually appealing inside. My only concern was the lack of blackout curtains, once I reached out to Davide and Leyla they offered a solution. Another positive was, the lift was fixed prior to our departure. Made carrying up groceries and luggage much easier. Our hosts were gracious and communicated very well when needed.
The address I was given by owner did not exist. I then found a link from VRBO (after calling them for assistance) that told me to pick up the keys at a remote location. I found that convenience store in the rain while dragging luggage with me, but I still had no correct address or apt#! Called the owner and got a message that their phone was turned off! Called VRBO and was officially designated as “stranded” by them. Then the owner finally called and we were given address and apt number. I would never book a VRBO where I’m not given the address where I’m staying before I leave on my trip. My phone was working but I could not open my VRBO app while standing in the rain. In preparation for such problems I always carry my paperwork with addresses, but in this case it was the wrong address! Very frustrating. The place inside was fine but the exterior was very sketchy in my opinion. Run down, older building is not what I was expecting. It was a bad experience from the start and the photos deceived into believing it was very nice with a lovely view of the city. not so. I would not stay here again.

To clarify, we use a key collection system at a convenience store 5 minutes from the property to offer flexible check-in times. Full details are provided on the day of arrival so guests can plan accordingly. In addition, we ask guests their expected time of arrival so that we can be on hand to ensure a smooth arrival remotely.
The building is older and shared with local Londoners. Despite this, its proximity to transport links make it convenient for those looking for a base to explore the city or business travel.
The apartment itself is maintained to a high standard, and the views shown in the listing are indeed from the apartment itself. If any photos seemed misleading, please let us know so we can review them.
