With 4 spacious bedrooms, all equipped with air conditioning, and two high-end bathrooms, there’s plenty of room for everyone. A baby cot and high chair are also available.

The kitchen is fully equipped, and with the sliding doors opening to the outside, you can connect the kitchen and the patio for a view of Table Mountain!

The villa is located at the new Vredenberg Resort, which is still partially under development. Rest assured, all the houses in the immediate vicinity have been completed, so you’ll experience little to no disruption from the construction.

The listed price does not include water and electricity consumption. These will be billed afterwards based on actual usage.
We charge €9 per cubic metre of water and €0.55 per kilowatt-hour.

During check-in with our local manager, we’ll take metre readings, and we’ll do the same at check-out to ensure everything is properly recorded in your presence.
