Freshly remodeled three bedroom, two bathroom open floor plan home is located in the prestigious gated golf community - River Strand Golf & Country Club in Bradenton, Florida. Fully furnished and equipped lovely home has a large kitchen and upgraded hardwood cabinets with stainless steel appliances. Master bedroom has directly access to lanai, walk-in closet and amazing bathroom with tub and walk-in shower. The home is fully air-conditioned / heated with ceiling fans throughout. The laundry room features large capacity washer and dryer and comes equipped with a utility sink to wash out your sandy clothes. The home also includes a spacious 2-car garage.
The 27-hole championship golf course was designed by Arthur Hills, featuring spectacular views of the Manatee River and panoramic greens and fairways. The club also offers eight lit, Har-Tru tennis courts with on-site tennis pro shop; Pickle Ball, multiple pools, two modern fitness centers. A beautiful 39,000 sq. ft. Tuscan-inspired main clubhouse offering casual and fine dining, a bar and grill room, billiard room, card room, conference room, golf pro shop, resort style pool with "sand" beach and tiki bar. River Strand has magnificently landscaped grounds with running and biking trails.
The home is perfectly located within a few minutes of I-75, just 15-20 minute drive to Florida's most renowned, white sand beaches like Anna Maria Island, Siesta Key Beach, Lido Beach or Longboat Key with a great little beach restaurants and tiki bars. 5 minutes from Ellenton Outlet Mall, 10 minutes UTC Mall, 20 minutes from beautiful downtown of Sarasota. Sarasota airport 20 minutes, Tampa airport 45 minutes.

GOLF MEMBERSHIP can be transfer for one month stay or longer. With membership you will have access to the golf, tennis, pickle-ball, gyms, restaurant, Tiki bar, all pools and all sports activities (Zumba classes, aqua aerobic, tennis and golf classes…) + car sticker for easier entrance through gate. Extra charge for Golf fee for each golf round (price is by the season) and classes tennis, golf, joga, .... Fee $573 is per stay and family (parents with kids under 21y old) and is not included in the rental rate.
Pet friendly property. A $200 per pet per stay fee would be incurred for guest with pets.
Non smoking.
Renters are asked to spend a minimum of $100/month in the Club Restaurant and/or Pool Tiki Bar. This minimum applies to food purchases only, does not include beverages of any kind or gratuity.
Owner prefer full month rent during season (January - March).
Baby bed and chair – on request.
Reservation must be carried out minimum 15 days before tenant arriving, it are our area rules. You can ask for an exception, if will be possible.

Nice neighborhood, nice house, understand club membership if purchasing, some concerns.

Overall our stay was good. The neighborhood was wonderful. We were able to walk our dog daily in a safe and comfortable area. We also had a nice backyard for our dog. The neighbors were very friendly. There are however things that need to be improved to earn a five star rating. First and foremost the mattresses and linens need to be upgraded. I do not mind a soft bed but when you have to roll upwards to get out because of a deep depression in the mattress it is time to replace it. Also, there is a need for new linens. The sheets do not fit the King bed. There are holes in the corners because of pulling and bed becomes unmade. There is pilling on the sheets that indicates that they have been well used. The extra sheets in the closet are worst. Investing in new deep pocket sheets would solve our concerns for future guests. The internet and television service could also be upgraded. Being in different rooms in the house affected how well the internet worked. This was important to us because we were also working. For our stay, the biggest disappointment, was the country club membership that was an add on. We bought the membership to use the pools and for my husband to play golf. the pools were nice but crowed. (Time of Year) The listing included certain items in the price, one of which included golf and "you just pay for the cart (price depended on the season) or any lessons taken". The membership actuality only offered access to the club with a reduced rate of @ $20 from the normal greens fee. We discussed this matter and shared a copy of the listing with the administration of the club and they agreed that the listing was inaccurate and misleading and would bring this matter up with the host for future guests. We accepted that nothing more could be done for us. I am extremely happy to see today that the listing has been updated since our stay to accurately describe the optional country club membership. Also, understand the process of obtaining a tee time. The process can be lengthy depending on the season, signing up a few weeks in advance to get on the list to obtain a tee time and a very flexible schedule is needed. Unfortunately my husband was not able play golf at the club. He played elsewhere. Our bad, that we didn't ask more questions of the host when making the reservation request and buying the club membership. Overall the stay was good. No reason why this property could not earn a 5 star rating with a few improvements!

Three months in paradise! River Strand is a gorgeous community.

The lifestyle is active and everyone is very friendly. 5 stars for the yoga, pickle ball & aqua aerobics instructors. Club house & tiki bar food excellent and reasonably priced. Simona acclimated us to the community - she’s a gem. The house was well stocked, comfy beds, and we were ‘home’ from day one.

Love the neighborhood

The thing we liked best about this property is the neighborhood. Walking our dogs at night along the sidewalks of this peaceful, beautiful street was amazing. The house is cozy and looks better in person than the pics. Everything is as advertised and no complaints whatsoever. The amenities are top notch and the Heritage Harbour community is friendly and very accessible to restaurants and shopping. Simona was a wonderful host. I would not hesitate booking with her in the future.

9019 Heritage Sound rental home review

The house and garage along with furniture, in general, were fine. The kitchen appliances, washer/dryer, and all bathroom fixtures were fine also. The first day there, Simona had the disposer replaced (due to leaking) which was appreciated. The house was clean and ready to move in. The instructions for the front door lock were clear and accurate. Simona kept in touch with us prior to her on-site appearance. If this house is to be rented out again, we would like to bring to your attention the following issues we found that need to be corrected or upgraded to make sure it is a first-rate property: 1 - Large bedrooms -for both bedrooms, the linens did not fit the deep mattresses; the MBR linens and comforter, in particular, were worn out and tattered; the mattress in the second large BR was not good, had a depression on one side according to one of our guests 2 - Kitchen - the kitchen sink drain on left side was moldy and had a bit of odor to it; the coffee maker heating plate was corroded and worn; there were no cooking skillets that were usable (corroded or unfit to use) so I bought my own 3 - Lanai - the lanai table is badly corroded 4 - Master bathroom - bath and hand towels were worn out, tattered with pulled threads; shower supplies holder is useless and slips down 5 - Cleaning supplies - having a glass cleaner and spray cleaner on-site would have been helpful in case of sudden need; it takes a day to get to the local store to purchase these items on one's own, which we did These are all small issues that can be easily remedied so we hope you do not take offense. It is also understood that some things have to be taken care of by the renters. We have rented homes in River Strand prior to this year so we are familiar with the standards of quality the come with these properties. The location of the house was great and it was a pleasure spending time in the neighborhood. We hope to return to the area next year.

We enjoyed our stay and the home was very clean when we arrived on Feb. 1st. We also want to sincerely thank Simona and Miro who were extremely generous of their time. They helped us very much and they were always there for us. Simona even drove us around to show us the surroundings when we came in. They are great people and we sure want to do business with them again.
