Grazie mille per la vostra recensione e per aver scelto di soggiornare da noi per il vostro soggiorno di 10 giorni! È stato un vero piacere ospitarvi: siete stati ospiti gentili, rispettosi e avete lasciato l’appartamento in perfetto ordine.
Ci dispiace sinceramente per il disagio causato dai rumori della ristrutturazione nei giorni indicati. Purtroppo si è trattato di lavori straordinari non previsti nelle vicinanze, e comprendiamo che questo possa aver disturbato il vostro riposo. Apprezziamo anche il vostro suggerimento riguardo al tavolino sul balcone: è un'ottima idea, e ci stiamo già attivando per migliorare questo aspetto.
Grazie ancora per le belle parole su posizione, pulizia e accoglienza: ci fa davvero piacere sapere che questi aspetti del soggiorno siano stati apprezzati. Speriamo di potervi accogliere nuovamente in futuro, in un contesto ancora più tranquillo e confortevole!
