Exclusive 60s holiday house on Dyngby Beach
Located directly on Dyngby/Saxild Beach you will find this unique and newly renovated 60's cottage with a focus on creating an exclusive and cozy interior. The house is built in beautiful materials with widely use of natural wood and stone which provides warmth, coziness and good acoustics and plays perfectly with the beautiful surroundings in the middle of the nature and beach environment.
The property is directly next to the child-friendly sandy beach, which provides perfect swimming opportunities with calm currents and perfect water depth that invites you to swim, play and practice water sports. 5 meters from the beach you will find a fantastic outdoor sauna with an unobstructed view of the beach and sea, which allows you to use the water all year round, for example for winter swimming. For the active ones, there is a large trampoline for fun for both adults and children or use the large grass lawn to play footbal or batminton.
The house is located 40 meters from the beach, so you can enjoy the outdoor areas and the large and beautiful wooden terrace in privacy. The terrace can be accessed from both the kitchen and living room and is a natural gathering point in the summer. On the other side of the house, you'll find an elegant tiled terrace in the courtyard which can be enjoyed on windy days, still with a view of the sea.
The house is 180m2 with a large living room and kitchen area that provides plenty of space to enjoy both winter and summer seasons and has been completely modernized in 2021 with respect for the original 60's style, but added modern touches and the use of exclusive materials where old and new meet in the best possible way.
The six-meter-long window section provides a unique view of the garden and sea and will give you a wow experience every time you walk past it. You can enjoy the view from the sofa in front of the TV or from the cozy alcove, which can be used for reading or if the iPad is dragging. It can also be used as a bed if the kids want to sleep close to the family and the living room.
In the house you will find extremely fast 1000 Mbit internet, large 55" OLED TV, streaming services such as Netflix, Apple+, Disney+, HBO Max and Amazon Prime, a professional electric Roland piano, coffee machine, coffee grinder, 3 bedrooms + alcove and 2 bathrooms. Most rooms have underfloor heating which is ensured by the environmentally friendly heat pump, so you can keep warm in the winter with a good conscience.
In the driveway there is plenty of space for 4-5 large cars, and if you have an electric car, you will find an 11kwh charging station that can be used for a reasonable fee paid via an App and credit card.
