Located just a short walk from ViaLattea ski slopes and Sestriere centre, this comfy and modern apartment with private parking is ideal for year-round vacations. The second-floor apartment has everything you need for a hassle-free stay and also enjoys a sunny location. There is a Smart TV and a well-equipped kitchenette with a microwave, induction hob and fridge with freezer for your convenience and use!

The apartment is just 250 metres from the centre and the ski lifts (BABY 1, BABY 2 and CIT ROC), which means you are only a 5-minute walk away from gliding down the ski slopes. Restaurants, cafes, apres ski bars, ski rentals and supermarkets are all within a 10-minute walking radius. For soaking up the perennial beauty of the area, there are several valleys within a 15-20 minute drive from here; Valle Argentera (also great for hiking), and Valle di Thuras are a few of them. Guests can also soak up stunning alpine views whenever they want, at the Sestriere Panoramic Point, just a 2-minute walk from the apartment.
For golfers, the Sestriere Golf Club is close by. And if you are looking for something fun to experience with the entire family, then the Husky Experience is just a 5-minute drive from here. Also, guests can enjoy cross-country skiing, heli-skiing, ice skating, motor sledging, dog sledging and snowshoeing in Sestriere. There is even an outdoor swimming pool (heated) which is open in the winter and summer months. Summer visitors can go hiking through the forests and alpine meadows.
Turin airport is a 1 hour and 30 minutes drive from the apartment.
