This place was both frighteningly unclean and appeared poorly maintained over time. Cleanliness: when I arrived I found hair in all 4 beds. At least 3 different ppls (I know bc some was short, some was long, some was curly). There were also black (and at least one red) specks in the sheets. Sheets on the bed in the master bedroom were mildewed. There was a bag of trash in one of the closets, a dead bug caked on to the bathroom floor, the floors needed a sweep, and the red carpet in those photos was both stained and clearly had not been vacuumed in some time. The couch had stains and some caked on food and also some long hair. There were dirty boot prints on the kitchen floor. There were crumbs in the freezer drawers.Poorly maintained: there are black scuffs on the walls all over. The tub in the main bathroom is a spa tub, but the cover to some of the jets are missing so there are exposed rusty metal rings under your feet or bottom/back. Upholstery on the couches is dirty. A place doesnt have this much going on bc these things recently happened and the owners just haven't gotten the chance to fix them. I called MIT when I arrived to see if they could move me to a different place. The person I spoke to was nice. He expressed embarrassment and said there were no other vacancies available so they would give me a refund. I found a new place. MIT is now refusing a refund for a 5 night stay, almost 2k euro
