Solid spot to stay in a very convenient location just a 5 minute walk from Euston and King's Cross. Not quite as nice in person as the pictures may suggest--it is a bit rough around the edges. But it worked well for our family
The home was clean and in a great area that was quiet and near King's Cross. Despite the instructions, it was confusing to find the correct building and code, but we figured it out fairly quickly. The upstairs was beautiful but the basement was a bit sparse.

Hi Sarah! Great having you and thank you for the feedback! We have since liven up the space just as you recommended :)
Just perfect for a mom-and-daughters’ birthday getaway. Great walkable neighborhood with restaurants, pubs, shopping, and museums all nearby.
Kitchen was amply supplied, but with so many great restaurants handy, we didn’t cook one meal in our five-day stay. Loved the record player—nice touch!—and the smart tv was a bonus.
The washer and tumble dryer meant we were able to come from the States with only one carry-on bag each so staying in this lovely home actually saved us money and backache. Absolutely loved this lovely home, and since stairs were not a problem for our party, this really may have been the perfect location for us.
Five stars; highly recommend. 👏
When we arrived to the property there was trash at the door. When we walked in the entry there were tons of stains and ripped up carpets. We went down to the level where the bedrooms were and there was a clear smell of mold and the rug felt wet. The bedrooms are in a basement and feel very dark. Our friends allergies immediately started kicking in so we had to leave. We reached out to the owner and didn't hear back for hours. We had to find another property to stay at for these health and safety reasons. I have stayed at home rentals all around the world and many times in London and this was by far the worst experience we have had.

Thank you for your feedback. For the sake of transparency, we’d like to clarify that this reservation did not result in a full stay.
We fully understand that travel plans can change; however, we stand by the fact that the flat was clean, properly prepared, and exactly as described in our listing. We also made a good-faith effort to resolve the matter privately and respectfully.

Great property that is in a wonderful location for Central London. We traveled from the US with our two children (teen and pre-teen boys), and the property worked very well. The location is excellent, as it is very close to a great Tube stop in King's Cross. That gives you access to multiple lines and train service in about a 10 minute walk (at most). We went all over London, and we never had to make more than one line change on the Tube (and often didn't need to change lines). Easy access from Heathrow, with a change at Paddington from the Heathrow Express. Great restaurants within a 15-20 minute walk, as well. The property is very accurately described. The main bedroom is large, with a desk, and the second bedroom is more than adequate for two. The upstairs is nice, though Americans who expect large living spaces may be surprised. It's Central London, so the space was more than enough - we were out most of the time anyway. Property manager was very responsive and check in/out was simple. Property is on a quiet street, which is really underrated. Many others options I looked at talked about some noise at night, but we had virtually none despite being in the heart of LondonOnly note: the bathtub is raised and could be hard to get in if there are mobility challenges. There are stairs down to the bath and bedrooms, and if you can do stairs, you can almost certainly do the tub.Really great find, and I highly recommend it!
Love to live in real homes of other people when travelling. I am more about finding out the local hidden treasures that a place has to offer rather than busy tourist sightseeing spots.
