The house is full of character with high ceilings and wonderfully restored original beams. The Courtyard area was previously stables and are associated with s Dick Turpin’s visit during the 1730's.

Situated in close proximity to The Stray, within 20 minutes stroll to the city centre, the location is perfect to explore Harrogate and yet enjoy a bit of peace and quiet. We would love to welcome, couples, friends, families as well as business travellers.

The property comprises of contemporary ground-floor open plan living (with television), fully equipped kitchen (with Bosch oven, hob, integrated fridge-freezer, extractor, dishwasher appliances), dining table/chairs and toilet / washroom (including sink and Bosch washing machine). Television comes enabled with Sky Entertainment and Netflix. The first floor is served with 2 double bedrooms with ample storage, featured beams, a small office desk and a separate bathroom/shower. Electric heating features throughout.

The property also has an outside patio area and free adjacent allocated parking (1 vehicle), with additional on-street parking available nearby.

Located in this unique backwater set in the heart of Harrogate, the property is close to the famous Stray and within walking distance of Harrogate town centre / railway station. While now we live locally, we have previously successfully run serviced apartments in the charming city of Prague a few years ago. We absolutely loved the experience and decided to make it happen near to our home in Harrogate.

We love Harrogate in particular due to its offering of a delightful blend of history, culture, as well as modern amenities catering to multiple age groups. As a prospective guest, expect to be greeted by the town's elegant architecture, picturesque streets, and lush green spaces.

We particularly enjoy the town's thriving café culture, which includes a variety of independent coffee shops and eateries, where you can savour locally sourced ingredients and indulge in the region's renowned culinary delights. We also LOVE the iconic Betty's Tea Rooms, a beloved institution that has been serving up delectable afternoon teas and baked goods since 1919.
