we have two bedrooms (one with flowered veranda), two bathrooms (one with bathtub), a living room of 35mt. with two sofas and two armchairs, a kitchen equipped with fridge, oven, microwave. at the entrance of the house, there is a small veranda with a table and chairs to have lunch or dinner outside. in the garden there are flowers and fruit trees also for guests, also there is covered parking. the rooms can have a double bed or two single beds

La magia di San Pantaleo e della casa di Claudio e Maddalena

Abbiamo soggiornato per 15 giorni nella splendida casa di Claudio e Maddalena !! La loro casa è davvero bella e super funzionale, completa di tutto , anzi davvero super accessoriata, fresca, pulitissima e comodissima . È situata a San Pantaleo un delizioso borgo che domina con le sue splendide montagne le spiagge più belle della Costa Smeralda. Tanto è bella la casa tanto e’ grande la gentilezza e l’ospitalità dei suoi proprietari ,?sempre pronti per consigli ed eventuali esigenze !!! Inoltre la casa è circondata da un bellissimo giardino e uno speciale orto curato da Claudio che ci ha fatto assaggiare zucchine, pomodori ,pesche e tutte le piante aromatiche , dal basilico all’origano , dalla menta basilico al timo insomma un tripudio di profumi !!! Claudio inoltre e’ anche un perfetto fornaio e cuoco e così ci ha omaggiato anche con dell’ ottimo pane fatto in casa !!! Grazie di tutto siamo stati davvero molto bene !!!! Ci rivedremo di sicuro !!!!!

Logement confortable et idéalement situé pour découvrir la côte d'émeraude

Nous avons apprécié notre séjour dans ce logement qui est spacieux, confortable et idéalement situé. Claudio, le propriétaire de la maison nous a très bien reçu. Il nous a offert des fruits de son jardin, 1 bouteille de vin de sa production, un pain qu'il a confectionné lui même et d'autres produits tels qu'1 bouteille d'eau, 1 bouteille de lait, des biscottes et de la confiture. Le village de San Pantaléo est très agréable et il fait bon s'y promener. Nous recommandons ce logement qui nous a permis de découvrir l'archipel de la Maddalena, Santa Theresa di Gallura, le Golf d'Aranci ...

Comfortabele woning van alle gemakken voorzien. De eigenaren waren zeer vriendelije.

De prettige woning op de begane grond was comfortabel ingericht. Van de 2 badkamers was van 1 het toiletplekje wat krap maar voor het overige voldeed alles prima. De ontvangst van de eigenaren was allerhartelijkst eniet ze stonden open voor vragen en suggesties. Gezien het vroege, prachtige voorjaarsweer werd op ons verzoek meteen het buitenmeubilair neergezet. Zoals overal in Italië waren de bedden aan de korte kant voor lange Nederlanders, maar gezien de breedte niet onoverkomelijk. De ligging van de woning is ideaal aan de rand van het centrum met eetgelegenheid op 5 minuten lopen , strand op 15 minuten rijden en bezienswaardigheden en vliegveld op prima rijafstand.

Pura ospitalità sarda, Grazie Claudio e Maddalena.

Una casa vacanze fuori dall'ordinario. Semplicemente perfetta! Sembra di stare a casa.Anzi meglio!!!! Super ospitali,gentili e pronti ad accoglierti sempre con un grandissimo sorriso. Casa pulitissima e grande completa di tutto ,ma veramente tutto. Claudio e Maddalena hanno creato un ambiente familiare e confortevole, sempre pronti a soddisfare qualsiasi tipo di richiesta inerente il nostro soggiorno: indicazioni sulle spiagge più belle, luoghi da visitare e tantissimi altri consigli utili. Grazie Claudio e Maddalena per averci fatto trascorrere una bellissima vacanza. Siete delle belle persone e siamo stati bene in vostra compagnia. Un grosso abbraccio e a presto! :-) William Clara Lore e Leo. Già ci mancate.. torneremo presto!!

Bellissima vacanza padroni di casa gentilissimi località bellissima

La location molto bella in centro paese ma tranquilla bellissimo il paese strategico per visitare la costa smeralda gentilissimi i proprietari ci hanno cucinato il maialino è offerto una cena fantastica ,lo consiglio noi eravamo 2 coppie e siamo stati una settimana passata benissimo

l'appartamento, con posto auto, è ampio, confortevole e tenuto in perfette condizioni: eccellente.

E' ormai il quarto anno consecutivo che siamo ospiti di Claudio e di Maddalena per le nostre ferie estive e anche quest'anno siamo stati "coccolati" con le loro consuete premure e attenzioni. Sono Persone splendide, con le quali è naturale che scaturiscano nel tempo relazioni personali che vanno ben al di là di un rapporto pur attento e cortese fra proprietari e inquilini pro tempore. L'abitazione, ai margini del paese, è ampia, molto confortevole, fresca e silenziosa. Difficile chiedere di più ad una casa per le vacanze. Per chi ama gli animali ci sono poi altri punti di forza: per quanto riguarda gli animali domestici, le micie di casa (affettuosissima Ciaccina); per quanto riguarda i selvatici, non è raro, all'imbrunire, sentire lontano nella macchia il tramestio di qualche cinghiale e perfino vedere la volpe o trovarsi qualche riccio in cerca di cibo fin sulla soglia di casa. Il "centro" del Paese, molto caratteristico e da anni entrato nel "circuito della Costa", dista peraltro meno di 10 minuti a piedi e offre ormai una vasta scelta di locali e di negozi (anche d'arte). Logisticamente San Pantaleo è un'opzione molto "furba", in quanto consente di raggiungere in pochi minuti d'auto quasi tutte le spiagge della Costa Smeralda oltre che quelle di Cannigione, Baja Sardinia, Porto Rotondo e Golfo Aranci. L'unico rammarico è quello di non poter essere ospiti di Claudio e Maddalena nei mesi di giugno, luglio o settembre, quando sia San Pantaleo che le spiagge sopra indicate sono decisamente più fruibili e vivibili rispetto al mese di agosto. Consigliamo vivamente di provare questa esperienza!

Fresco e silenzioso

Casa al piano terra,molto spaziosa,freschissima e soprattutto silenziosa pur essendo a 5 minuti a piedi dalla piazzetta di San Pantaleo.Dotata di tutti i comfort.I proprietari sono discreti e molto disponibili,Claudio un ottimo cuoco!A 15 minuti di macchina da tutte le più belle spiagge della Costa Smeralda.Ci torneremo sicuramente!

Siamo stati davvero molto bene!!!

Abbiamo trascorso un mese di vacanza in un contesto davvero molto confortevole. L'appartamento è spazioso, ottimamente tenuto e arredato con gusto. Ogni cosa corrispondeva a quanto indicato. I proprietari - Claudio e Maddalena - sono Persone squisite e siamo stati "coccolati" e supportati per tutta la vacanza. Speriamo proprio di avere l'occasione di poter tornare!!!
