The fully equipped apartment features a kitchen with a coffee machine, a terrace with seating, and a barbecue area. Guests staying at least five nights receive a free bed linen and towel package. For short stays of five nights or more, use of the electric car charging station is free. The Märkisches Sauerland region offers breathtaking scenery and a variety of outdoor activities, including cycling, mountain biking, hiking, climbing, paragliding, and water sports. Visitors can explore local attractions such as the Attahöhle Cave, the Balver Caves, and Altena Castle. Cycling tours for all experience levels start directly from the vacation home. For motorcycle enthusiasts, the 707 race track is just 2 km away. Please note the respective arrival and departure times. Arrival between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m., departure by 10:00 a.m. Any stay that exceeds the specified arrival and departure times by one hour must be booked as a half-day. A security deposit of €500.00 is required upon arrival. Please empty the dishwasher before departure, otherwise a fee of €50.00 will be deducted from the deposit. Strict waste separation is in effect. Failure to comply with waste separation according to the house rules will result in a €350.00 reduction in the deposit. Please note that arrival and departure with camper vans is not permitted. Guests who wish to use the fully automatic coffee machine are requested to bring their own coffee beans.
