This apartment is 5 mins walk from the Blue Flag awarded sandy beaches of Boscombe with excellent restaurants & bars nearby.
It is located within Burlington Mansions, a prestigious Victorian building with many of the original features.
1st floor appartment with lift and 2 private off-stret parking spaces. The space The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, fitted wardrobes, smart tv, a dressing table/desk and an en-suite shower room with toilet. There is direct access onto the terrace (so you have your morning coffee in bed watching the sea, then take breakfast and a book onto the terrace).
The second bedroom is fitted with twin 3' single beds, fitted wardrobes to provide plenty of storage space and a desk. This also has direct sea views.
All bookings include linen and towel hire - our housekeeper will make up your bed ahead of arrival.
The main living area has a large 3 seater leather sofa, a pair of armchairs and a dining table and chairs which seats 4. There is a 40" flat-screen TV with FreeView channels and Raku for you to use you streaming accounts.
There is also unlimited fibre broadband wi-fi to use in the apartment.
The kitchen is well catered with a gas hob, an electric oven, a integrated large fridge-freezer and a dishwasher, as well as a washing machine/tumble drier. There is plenty of crockery and cutlery provided, including smaller versions for younger guests and of course all the usual kitchen accessories. The kitchen is accessed off the main living area but is fitted with doors that can be closed off to separate it if required.
The main bathroom has full size bath for a long soak after a day out and about and shower over with fixed shower screen, mirror with demister and shaving point.
All rooms are south facing with sea views. There is a large private terrace immediately outside the flat which runs the full width of the flat and extends over 5m (15ft) and with extensive sea views. The terrace has outdoor seating - large table with four chairs, plus 4 additional reclining chairs for enjoying the sun.
The apartment is on the fist floor of the building. There are both stairs and a lift to the flat. The main entrance has grand revolving doors, and original feature of the property.
The apartment is suitable for guests with restricted mobility. As well as the main entrance which has steps, there is also a side entrance with a ramp for pushchairs, wheelchairs or easy access with shopping. The side entrance is conveniently located for the car parking spaces. The lift in the building is immediately outside the apartmnet. There are no steps in the apartment. The shower has a small lip (approx 5cm) and there is a small lip on the threshold of the door to the terrace. There are 2 private parking spaces reserved for your use. Guest access The entire apartment is set up as a holiday flat and is completely available for you.
The terrace area is large with a great view of the sea and you can often hear the waves on the shore. The terrace is solely for the use of the apartment's guests. Other things to note The apartment is in a great location - wake up and sit on the terrace enjoying the sea views, if you want to get closer then Boscombe pier is approx 5 min walk away.
Around the pier you have level access to the sandy beach, places to eat and a surf shop.
From the pier you can walk along with sea front towards Bournemouth (approx 2.5 km/2 miles) or catch the land-train which runs during holiday seasons. You can also access Boscombe Chine Gardens which has children's play areas, a cafe, mini-golf and garden bedding displays.
Away from the beach you can easily access Southbourne which has a number of restaurants & bars. The area also has a number of antique, craft and vintage shops - in Boscombe and neighbouring Pokesdown.
Bournemouth town centre has pleasure gardens surrounding the town centre, making it a very green and pleasant environment. The town centre has lots of bars restaurants and shopping facilities. There is also a new cinema & restaurant development (BH2) and theatre/shows at Pavillion Theatre & Bournemouth International Centre.

Perfect spot, beach is a easy 5 minute walk away...sea views, big terrace, big windows. High ceilings, quiet, comfortable..would absolutely stay again!
An excellent location—just a short walk from the beach, yet pleasantly removed from the hustle and bustle. Ample parking, a charming patio area, and a genuinely peaceful atmosphere. Highly recommended for a relaxing stay.
This apartment was perfect for a relaxing break. Close to the sea and beach. Amazing terrace for sun lounging and alfresco eating, with a view of the sea.

We very much enjoyed our stay at this apartment. It was spacious, with a wonderful view of the water, and all bedrooms and living room had water views as well. On arrival, the beautiful building itself makes a great impression.The apartment is spacious and very comfortable with a stunning sea view. The owners have added many touches to ensure a warm welcome and were always quick to respond helpfully to any queries. It is conveniently located within an easy walk to Boscombe shops in one direction or the beach in another. Overall, a fabulous place to stay with real five-star luxury feel.
I didn't want to leave! The perfect spot for a 2 week stay recovering from a broken elbow. The apartment is very comfortable and well kitted out for self catering. The bed was very comfortable. The views are amazing - the photos don't do justice to it.Mei was incredibly responsive to messages and helpful. I asked about slip mats for the shower, and she got new ones for both bathrooms.I didn't have a car with me, but the apartment is 5 mins walk from beach, buses and shops. I bought a bus pass which meant I could travel everywhere from Christchurch to Poole.I would definitely recommend this place and I would go back. Thank you so much for creating such a lovely place to stay.
Was very clean but freezer was not shutting properly all iced up, think the seal has gone. Also dirty plates etc in the dishwasher also dirty j cloths and washing up sponges
Hübsche, gemütliche Wohnung mit Geschmack eingerichtet und grosser Terrasse mit Blick aufs Meer. 5 Minuten zum Strand, ruhige Wohngegend. Grosszügige Ausstattung in Küche mit Gasherd, Toaster und schönem Geschirr, Waschmaschine,Trockner, Waschmittel etc. vorhanden. Viele angenehme Details wie Spiele und Bücher vorhanden, Reiseführer und Prospekte der Umgebung, Sonnenschirm und Sandeimer/ -schaufel für den Strand. Mappe mit klaren Beschreibungen zu den Elektrogeräten, Gasherd, Müllentsorgung etc. vorhanden. Packplatz vor dem Haus.
Eine schöne Wohnung mit toller Terrasse und Blick auf das Meer. Wir hatten wunderbare 8 Tage hier. Die Wohnung hat alles was man benötigt. Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus. Die Kommunikation mit Kevin war einwandfrei. Vor allem der Blick aufs Meer direkt am Morgen war grandios. Wir können die Unterkunft wärmstens empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder, wenn wir wieder an die Südküste Englands reisen.
