Our apartment is located just 400 meters away from the Ring Road. You'll be delighted to know that our location is ideal, as we are within 5 minutes of Phase 5, Phase 6, and Phase 3. Plus, we have the convenience of the nearby Packages Mall, Gold Crest Mall, and several restaurants. The master bedroom is designed for comfort with its own sitting area a. The lounge area has a TV and plenty of space for relaxing. Our smart TVs come with YouTube and Netflix( UNLIMITED FAST WIFI)for your entertainment. The open kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, microwave, plates, cutlery, Lpg Cylinder is also available on demand(Paid Facility) So that anyone can cook there meals. An extra bedroom and a peaceful balcony in living area completes a full package.

Our cleaning services are available for an additional fee, and airport pick-up and drop-off are also available upon request. Please note that we charge a fine for lost key cards (PKR2500) and a key fine of PKR (3000).
To ensure your stay is comfortable, we provide essential toiletries along with tea, we'll also provide you a Lift Access card.
Our apartment is in a gated community with 24/7 security surveillance, allowing guest entry.
Please note that we also offer selfcheck-IN. (if we know you). or the other way is Our team member will hand over the keys outside the apartment during your arrival and departure.

Other things to note
Please note that for a long stay (month or longer) we provide ample amount of electricity for you which is upto 30 units of electricity for 2 bedrooms per day but if your consumption is above avg usage, the extra units will be charged
For your reference 1 kanal house uses 40 units of electricity per day and we provide 25-30 units for a 2BR apartment which already is above the avg usage for an apartment. For your ease we'll also provide you with a Lift Access card.
