We zijn ivm de aankoop van een woning, en alle toestanden die daar bij komen kijken, eerder vertrokken tot verassing van de eigenaar. De woning is groot genoeg, de keuken is flink, de slaapkamers prima in orde. De eigenaar of beheerder is vriendelijk en dienstbaar. Voor honden is het minder geschikt ivm dat de hond niet los kan lopen. De woning ligt dicht aan de weg en aan de achterzijde is geen omheining en er lopen geiten. De woning is voorzien van airco en er zijn wat nieuwe aanpassingen, volgens mij zijn ze nog behoorlijk bezig. Honden mogen niet op de bovenverdieping.

Nous revenons de 15 jours passés dans cette location avec un sentiment de profonde déception : plusieurs éléments de l'annonce ne correspondent pas à la réalité.Tout d'abord, l'annonce ne précise absolument pas que le contact sur place est en fait le propriétaire de la location, qui loge dans une autre maison située à seulement 2/3 mètres. Pour nous, c'est un critère déterminant : si cette information avait été mentionnée, nous n'aurions tout simplement pas réservé ce logement.Ensuite, la description est trompeuse concernant les chambres. La maison n'en compte en réalité qu'une seule. La seconde est en fait une grande mezzanine ouverte sur le reste de la maison, aménagée en dortoir, sans porte ni isolation phonique, ce qui ne permet aucune intimité pour ses occupants.Les photos ne reflètent plus l'état actuel du logement, qui apparaît vieillissant et insuffisamment entretenu. À notre arrivée, nous avons découvert par exemple que nous n'aurions pas accès à l'avant de la maison occupé par un chantier du propriétaire et des déchets (cumulus HS), la salle de bain et le toilette sans intimité, le jardin envahi des outils du propriétaire. Enfin, la présence permanente du propriétaire a fortement nui à notre tranquillité. Sans jamais nous saluer, il a continué ses activités comme si nous n'étions pas présents (travaux avec engins, entretien qui aurait dû être fait en amont de notre arrivée et à notre départ). Nous estimons que l'annonce manque clairement de transparence..

Ich habe geschätzt, dass die Fernbedienung tatsächlich Batterien hatte. Die Spülmaschine arbeitete leise , anders als andere Geräte, mit denen ich schon Erfahrung gesammelt habe. Das ruhige Dorflokal entsprach genau meinen Bedürfnissen: Nicht zu laut oder hektisch wie größere Städte, in denen ich gewohnt bin. Es war ziemlich bequem ohne viel Aufhebens um Details.
