A short distance from the property is the seaside beaches and Playa Serena golf course. Moreover, there are numerous cozy restaurants in the immediate vicinity of the residence. A visit to the nice center of Aguadulce (15.5 km) and the impressive Castillo de Santa Ana is also very worthwhile.

The residence has its own kitchen, a cozy living room, and a dining room on the ground floor. Below is a private garage and above that, you will find the master bedroom. On the second floor are the other bedrooms and a bathroom with a bath. All rooms have air conditioning and heat pumps and one bedroom has a small balcony/terrace for private use. From the living room, you have access to the rear of the terrace.
