15 minutes to Offutt Air Force base. Easy access to all hospitals and entertainment districts: Midtown Crossing, Aksarben, Blackstone and Old Market, CHI Health Center & Arena -Home of Berkshire Hathaway Annual Meeting and Charles Schwab Field Home of the College World Series. (5.5 miles). Close to entertainment and casinos in Council Bluffs, Iowa.
House has 3 bedroom, 1 bath, and large living room and kitchen. Two bedrooms with queen beds. 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. Large living room has TV and stereo with ,WiFi and internet. Washer and dryer in basement utility room. Patio and barbecue grill in back of home.
Front porch seating area for enjoying the evening cocktail and conversation. Morning coffee in the enclosed front porch or outside seating area.
