Brand new full equiped apartment in a private condo with a 18mx6m pool. A wonderful panoramic sea and salt fields view. Ideal for couples in a long term occupancy, families, golfers and bird watchers. Private parking indoor and outdoor. BBQ available
A brand new comfortable apartment with all necessary equipment for long stays. Two bedrooms one double and a two single beds suite with private bathroom. A very good living room with a dinning room. New furniture and a contemporary design. All the commodities to make your vacation worth while.
A regulation term will be delivered upon arrival. The cleaning should be verified once on departure the apartment should be delivered exactly as found. Its available a cleaning service for €60. On departure if cleaning conditions where not as found the €60 cleaning fee will be applied.
There is a €250 deposit fee returnable on your departure. The deposit fee is to cover any possible damages.
Towels and linen should be left all together in the service bathroom.
