Modernised detached house with all modern amenities and a well-equipped kitchen. The owner uses the other half of the house as a summer residence. To minimise power consumption there is a wood-burning stove and heat pump. From both the house and garden you have views over Hejlsminde Nor, a nature conservation area, and over the Little Belt towards Assens to Funen. From the living room on the first floor you have the same view of the area and the water. The garden and terrace are partly secluded behind a small fence. The house is located a short distance from the area's beautiful beaches or shopping opportunities and tourist attractions in Kolding approx. an hour's drive from the North Sea. There are 2 parking spaces on the site. No letting to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
