Holiday cottage with outdoor bath barrel, outdoor sauna and shower as well as an outdoor kitchen and a south-faced sunny yard. The house was designed with emphasis on energy and environmental sustainability as well as full use of daylight. The house is both noiseless and energy efficient. The house has an open concept living room/kitchen, three bedrooms all with access to the terrace, mezzanine with 2 mattresses and bathroom with whirlpool and sauna. Utility room with table, washing machine and dryer. One annex has two extra beds and activity room with i.a. PlayStation2 and Nintendo Wii. The other annex has a steam room/sauna for 10 persons. Between the main house and the 2 annexes, connected by the terrace, there is a bath barrel heated by wood firing (DanCenter does not service this), outdoor shower and several built-in sun loungers which make the area a true wellness area. There is also a heater for prolonging the summer evenings. On the terrace you will also find an outdoor kitchen. Part of the terrace area is covered. There is underfloor heating in all rooms. One bedroom has its own TV. There is extra fridge for beer and water. The decor is modern/exclusive with furniture in modern design and of the highest quality. The owner's good taste and safe feeling for the interaction between furniture and decor shines through everywhere. There is an ethanol fireplace that provides a comfortable warmth without any odour. Several of the windows stretch from floor to ceiling, ensuring a completely optimal natural light. The result is an unusually bright and appealing house. The many m² make room for a large family, or even two families wanting to spend their holiday together, have lots of space. The plot is an open plot in a quiet and peaceful holiday area. Holiday area at Tranum Strand with shared facilities With a few kilometres to the sea and beach, a scenic area ideal for hiking and in beautiful surroundings, a cottage area at Tranum Strand was founded in 2009. The area is designed for modern, busy families who want peace and quiet of the holiday, but at the same time would like to have the opportunity to enjoy the outdoors when the weather and the desire is to it. The holiday cottages in the area are almost all equipped with whirlpool, sauna, satellite TV with German channels and a modern interior in high quality. Each house stands on its own plot and access to the houses is via the small connector roads minimising driving in the area. The large common area in the middle of the area has the following activities, free of charge for all the guests in the area: Football golf with 9 holes Hiking and cycling trails which crossing the area Krolf arc with croquet holes (can also be used for mini golf) Soccer goals 7x7 m pavilion with barbecue hut Petanque court Huge sandbox Orchard with 150 fruit trees Swings, play tower, slide, playhouse, balance beam, spider net, seesaw Beach volleyball. When the weather is for trips to the beach, Tranum has a lovely sandy beach with clean water that receives EU quality label 'Blue Flag' year after year. From the parking lot to the water's edge there is a ramp so that wheelchair users also have easy access to the sea. Starting at Tranum Strand there is a relatively short distance to many of North Jutland's famous tourist places like Fårup Summerland, Blokhus, Aalborg Zoo, Aalborg Tower, Klitmøller windsurfer paradise, Bulbjerg's steep cliffs and the North Sea Science Park in Hirtshals. Do not forget to take a walk along the sea and buy a freshly caught fish directly from the cutter - there is still inshore fishing in the area.
