Holiday cottage with swimming pool located in a scenic area approx. 5 km south of Løkken. The house was renovated and modernised in 2021 and has open concept living room and kitchen, 4 bedrooms, mezzanine, 2 bathrooms with shower cubicle and underfloor heating and a swimming pool. Traditional furnishings in Danish cottage style with light, modern furniture. The large window sections provide a lot of light all day. For extra and cheap heating, and also for cosy evenings, there is a wood-burning stove. There is a glass wall separating living room and pool room, making it easy to observe the children. The layout of the house makes it suited for 2 families sharing. From the living room you have access to the terrace where you can enjoy the sun, relax in the shade or have cosy barbecues. The plot is slightly hilly and partly surrounded by plantings making it suited for ball games etc.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
