Holiday home with whirlpool and sauna located in Sæby with a beautiful view of the Kattegat. The house is located high on a hilly plot that gives a really good view of the sea over the other summer cottages. Since the house is so high up, the terrace is relatively secluded. There are stairs up the slope to the house from the parking lot. The plot is hilly, but there are 40 m & # 178; beautiful open terrace area facing the sea on the east side and 10 m & # 178; covered terrace on the south side of the house. The cottage has a large bathroom with whirlpool and sauna as well as a guest toilet. Three fine bedrooms, including two double rooms and a room with two sets of bunk beds. In the kitchen you can stand and enjoy the view of the sea while you cook. There is tiled floor with underfloor heating in the kitchen / living room, which is in open connection to the bright living room. In the living room there is a wood stove and from the sofa corner there is also a view of the sea approx. 200 m from the sea. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
