Holiday home on a natural plot with a partially covered terrace near the beautiful Marielyst sandy and bathing beach. The house contains a combined living and dining room in open connection with kitchen corner. Bathroom with washing machine. 2 bedrooms each with a double bed and loft with 2 extra beds. The house is energy friendly as there is an air / air heat pump. Not for rent to youth groups.

A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken. The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters

Man sieht auf den Bildern natürlich überhaupt nicht wie es wirklich aussieht. Das komplette Grundstück war überall verwildert und zugewachsen...den "Rasen" konnten wir überhaupt nicht nutzen....2Tage vor Abreise ist endlich mal einigermaßen gemäht worden....das Ablesen der Zählerstände in bzw an einem kleinen Nebengebäude war extrem schwierig, da hier das Unkraut mittlerweile fast Schulterhöhe erreicht hatte.....die Schlafzimmertüren schlossen nicht...wurde erst am 11. Tag gerichtet.....die Dusche war an mehreren Stellen extrem schimmelig....Ameisen in der Deckenlampe,die sich immer wieder herunterfallen ließen....es gab bis zum Schluss keinen Toilettendeckel...die Lampe über dem Waschbecken im Bad funktionierte nicht..keine Möglichkeit Wäsche zu trocknen...Wäscheständer wäre gut....kein Duschabzieher für die Dusche.....keine tiefen Teller in der Küche...keine Schüssel....insgesamt nicht so gut ausgestattet . Dancenter Marielyst als Ansprechpartner war bemüht....die Reaktionen auf meine Emails wurden immer zeitnah beantwortet. Insgesamt wäre eine Renovierung / Anstrich der Wände überfällig. Wir hatten nur 1 Tag Regen...aber schon tropfte es vom Dach ins Wohnzimmer .....die Heiztherme im Bad tropfte auch oft ....es waren aber im Badezimmerschrank genug Blumentöpfe zum unterstellen vorhanden... Die von mir verlangte Mietminderung wurde erst nicht berücksichtigt, dann mit umgerechnet 26,00 € festgelegt....unglaublich. Aus meiner Sicht wären mindestens 150.00€ gerechtfertigt gewesen..

Ferienhaus mit starken Mängeln

Ein eigentlich schönes Ferienhaus mit vielen wesentlichen Mängeln und Schwächen. Zunächst tropfte der elektrische Warmwasserbereiter erheblich, auf sein Elektrokabel, so dass bei der ersten Nutzung die Sicherung kam. Wir haben ihn nicht wieder genutzt, so dass wir kein Warmwasser hatten. Weiterhin lösten sich die Steckdosen teilweise von der Wand, auch in der Küche, gefährlich. Die Fenstertüren in den Schlafzimmern ließen sich nicht kippen, wenn wir Nachts die Fenster öffneten konnte jeder Fremde von Außen ins Haus, Sicherheit gleich Null. Zu dem waren die Rahmen der Zimmertüren verzogen, so dass die Türen nicht zugingen. Andere Kleinigkeiten , dass altes Baumaterial und anderer Unrat auf dem Grundstück gelagert war, die Wasseruhr und der Elektrozähler mitten in hohen Brennesseln standen, die Dachrinne leck war, die Holzbohlen der Terasse wippten, sich die Aussenverkleidung teilweise löste konnten wir fast ignorieren , Zum Glück war das Wetter gut, so dass der Urlaub einigermaßen gelungen war.
