Holiday home located in a quiet holiday home area in Egense within walking distance to the water. Bright and spacious living room with wood burning stove and heat pump which is in open connection with the kitchen and dining area. From here there is also access to a lovely conservatory with access to the terrace and garden. Large double bedroom and a room with 3/4 bed. Bathroom with shower and sink and a guest toilet with sink. The house is located at the end of a small gravel road with a large garden with space for relaxation, ball games and play. Not for rent to youth groups.
For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters
