Well-located and well-maintained vacation home in the heart of the HimmerLand Golf and Spa Resort. The location is perfect for avid golfers and nature lovers, as Lake Sjørup Sø is only about 550 m away. Good room layout in the vacation home. On the ground floor, there is an open-plan kitchen/living area for family life, with access to the terrace, modern furniture, and a smart TV where you can stream your own TV services. Both a climate-friendly heat pump and a cozy wood-burning stove are available for heating. The lower floor also has a bathroom. Upstairs in the attic, you will find two spacious bedrooms with comfortable double beds. The house has a beautiful terrace area with garden furniture where you can enjoy your dinner while watching the sun go down. The resort's many facilities and amenities include several good golf courses, a spa area with numerous wellness facilities, mini golf, and a playground for the little ones, as well as a swimming pool. The sports facilities include indoor and outdoor paddle tennis, artificial turf courts, tennis courts, and a multi-court. You can swim in the clear waters of the lake from a large, beautiful bathing platform, and there is a sauna barrel at the water's edge (use for a fee). No rentals to youth or trades groups please!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
