The open-plan kitchen/living area with dining and seating area forms the heart of the house. Here, the whole family can spend many hours together. At the other end of the house are the bedrooms, bathroom, and guest toilet. The large bathroom has a wonderful whirlpool and a beautiful sauna. There is plenty of opportunity for wellness and relaxation here. The house has a climate-friendly heat pump for economical heating. There are several terraces around the house. This means that you can choose between sun, shade, or wind protection. There is also a barbecue on the terrace for summer evenings. The vacation home is located on a 1,200 m² natural plot with plenty of space for activities. The house is located in a beautiful nature reserve and in a quiet area, yet only a short distance from the popular Faarup Sommerland amusement park. Not available for rent to youth groups!A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
