It includes a washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and two bathrooms with underfloor heating for added convenience and comfort. The holiday home has four bedrooms: three with double beds and one with two single beds. The bedroom with four beds is also equipped with a 55-inch smart TV, ideal for movie nights or streaming your favorite shows. Outside, the partly covered terrace offers high-quality garden furniture, sun loungers, and a grill, making it a perfect spot to enjoy sunny days, dine outdoors, or relax during mild summer evenings while taking in the stunning dune views. The large natural plot provides plenty of space for children to play or for guests to unwind in privacy. This property is ideal for a family holiday or a peaceful getaway with friends, offering comfort, entertainment, and a unique natural setting. Please note: rental to youth groups is not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
