Well-maintained architect-designed summer house with a hot tub for 2 people located approx. 1100 meters from the Limfjord. A modern summer house with an eye for detail. The house is also energy efficient with a heat pump, enabling lower consumption. The summer house is bright and inviting and is practically furnished with a combined kitchen/family room/living room. The living room has modern furniture, free internet, radio, flat-screen TV with German channels and free Danish channels. In addition, there is Chromecast, where you can stream your own TV services. There is a wood-burning stove for cool summer evenings or rainy and windy autumn evenings. The kitchen features a ceramic hob, separate oven with grill, microwave, extractor hood, and fridge/freezer. Bathroom with 2-person spa bath, shower, and underfloor heating. Guest bathroom with shower.The cottage has four bedrooms, three of which have double beds and one with bunk beds for four people. In addition, there is a loft where two people can sleep. There is a washing machine and dryer in the house, as well as a high chair and weekend bed for the little ones. The house has several terraces with comfortable garden furniture, four sun loungers, and a gas grill where you can enjoy dinner while watching the sun set over the area. The garden offers ample opportunity to enjoy your vacation in peace and quiet, as well as space to play. There is also a fire pit where the whole family can have fun baking bread on a stick or roasting marshmallows. There are three marked MTB trails in Uhrehøje Plantage, a few kilometers south of the area. The plantation, which is also rich in beautiful nature and ancient monuments, includes 20 protected burial mounds and a medieval church. There is a new activity and playground with a picnic and fire pit in the area. The owner sells firewood on site. Not available for rental to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
