This charming holiday home is located near Kvie So on a natural plot of 873 m2 surrounded by protective trees and bordering open fields. The setting is peaceful and well suited for families who want to enjoy nature and a relaxed holiday atmosphere. The house features two bedrooms one with a double bed and the other with two single beds. For younger guests a high chair and cot are also available. The bathroom is modern with tiled floors a shower cabin underfloor heating and both a washing machine and tumble dryer for extra convenience. The large and well equipped kitchen offers a ceramic hob dishwasher microwave cooker hood and fridge freezer making it easy to prepare meals at home. The bright open plan living and dining room has direct access to the partly covered terrace furnished with quality Danish furniture. Free WiFi is available throughout the house along with Chromecast for streaming your own entertainment. For comfort in every season the living room is fitted with an energy efficient air to air heat pump as well as a cozy wood burning stove. Outside the natural plot provides plenty of space to play and relax. Children will enjoy the trampoline use at your own risk and insurance while adults can unwind on the terrace perfect for outdoor dining or simply soaking up the peaceful surroundings. Please note The house is not rented out to youth groups.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
