This charming holiday apartment is located in the small village of Ræhr in Thy, which has just 508 permanent residents. The sandy beach at Vigsø is only 1.6 km away, and the harbor in Hanstholm is just 1.5 km from the property, making it an ideal location for seaside walks, fishing, and coastal exploration. The apartment is on the ground floor and features its own terrace with garden furniture and a grill, as well as access to a garden one level above. The building dates back to 1930 and was comprehensively renovated in 2023, combining traditional charm with modern comforts. With a living area of 100 m², the apartment offers ample space for families or small groups. There are two bedrooms, each with a double bed made up of two mattresses. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, convection oven, ceramic cooktop, and fridge/freezer, and flows seamlessly into the dining and living area. A TV with free German and Danish channels and high-speed fiber-optic Wi-Fi ensures entertainment and connectivity. From the living area, you can access the terrace and garden, perfect for dining or relaxing outdoors. A utility room provides a washing machine and dryer, with access to the rear of the house. Neoprene suits can be hung to dry under the carport. The property sits on a 1,000 m² plot, part of which is lawn, offering space for outdoor activities. Please note that rentals to youth or work groups are not permitted.A refundable deposit might be charged closer to your check-in date. The security deposit ensures a smooth stay and covers any additional services or consumption charges.This deposit covers utilities consumed during your stay and any additional services that may be taken.The final amount will be adjusted based on actual meter readings, actual usage of extra services, and any remaining balance will be refunded within 21 days after checkout.This deposit simply acts as a prepayment for charges that  you would anyways pay for, ensuring a seamless stay and check-out experience.
