The Space:
This spacious and comfortable holiday villa is perfectly located close to supermarkets, restaurants, bars, parks, and entertainment, while still offering a private, quiet, and secure environment. The property is spread over three levels and features 4 bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms, and a large garden area ideal for BBQs and outdoor relaxation.
From the lounge terrace, you can enjoy beautiful views of the pool and the sea, making it the perfect place to relax with a glass of wine or dine with family and friends.
Main Floor
Entering the villa, you arrive on the main level, which includes a bright, fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for six guests, and a comfortable living room with a flat-screen TV and fireplace.
The living room opens onto a spacious terrace with a covered lounge area, offering wonderful views of the pool and the sea. A guest bathroom is also located on this level.
Bedroom Level
The middle level offers three comfortable bedrooms:
Master bedroom with king-size bed, ensuite bathroom, large wardrobe, and pool views. There is also additional space perfect for morning exercise while enjoying the sunlight and peaceful surroundings.
Second bedroom with a king-size bed.
Third bedroom with two single beds.
All bedrooms feature built-in wardrobes and share an additional bathroom with a shower.
Ground Floor Studio
On the lower level, you will find a separate studio apartment with its own fully equipped kitchen, dining area, and bedroom with a double bed.
The lounge area includes a sofa bed for one person and a flat-screen TV, making it ideal for additional guests or extended family.
